Ingrid publishes API documentation in stable, preview, and—when needed—long-term support channels. API operations use versioned paths, and product-specific documentation exposes its available channels through a version picker.
Stable APIs are suitable for production integrations. Breaking changes require a new major channel or an announced migration period.
Preview APIs are available for early integration and may change before they become stable. Production use should account for shorter migration windows.
An older stable channel may remain available as an LTS channel while customers migrate to a newer major version. Ingrid announces its sunset date when the LTS channel opens.
The version picker is scoped to the current product area. It lists only the channels where that product exists. Global references, such as error and country pages, apply to every channel and therefore do not display a picker.
